Reza, you are a Leo sun sign, Virgo rising (ascendant), and Scorpio moon sign. Virgo Ascendant will make you likable to almost everyone you meet. Others will go to you for advice, and it also brings with it a childlike disposition in life. You will also be viewed as intellectual, analytical, and receptive to others feelings and thoughts, although at times you will have a selfish streak.
Leo sun and Scorpio moon will give you tremendous will power and a strong presence, commanding attention wherever you go. However, with the self-centeredness comes a warm lion heart. Scorpio brings cleverness to you, which helps you achieve all the goals you set for yourself.
Venus in the first house will make you super charming and prone to taking care of your appearance by being meticulous about wardrobe and/or grooming. You like to be diplomatic as much as possible, but if someone really wrongs you, you have no problem calling them out on it.

However, with Uranus transiting your seventh house of partnerships and relationships (both business and love) for the past 7 years, you will feel a big need for freedom and lack of restrictions. You may be attracted to people who are unusual or have a very different background from your own, and love to have new experiences, but the minute you feel smothered or bored, the Uranian impulses reign, and you are left at square one. Same goes in business, if someone is not performing to your standards, you may feel like breaking away and going off on your own for a while. This transit will end on May 15, 2013 and you may look for more stability in this area. Be very careful not to squander your money on your significant or insignificant others and be overly generous with partners. You could lose funds due to your generous nature.
Pluto has been transiting your fourth house of home and family for a few years, and will stay there for many years to come (until 2016). It shows with it a breakdown with some people in your family, and then a breakthrough/rebuilding and transforming. Pluto brings with it a probe into your personal life and inner self, and anything you may have experienced as a child that was buried will be triggered and dealt with. I see a bit of strife with conservative women figures in your life, but once issues come to the fore to be worked on, it can be overcome, and you will feel a tremendous release from any wounds or emotional stress that might have ensued. When 2016 hits, you will feel as though you have been broken down and rebuilt as high as a skyscraper in Dubai! You will have more energy to live in the present.
Health wise, I would say be aware of what you put in your body, and do some ample cardiovascular exercise to prevent high blood pressure, weight gain, and cholesterol, along with kidney stones, breathing problems, and insomnia. There is a chance of finding a hidden ailment within this year, so be sure to go to regular check-ups and all should be fine.
Saturn (the father figure) is top and center in your chart which leads me to believe your father was and is a powerful figure in your life. He may have shaped you into becoming the man you are, although there may have been conflicts and a difference of opinion on how each of you should live your lives.
The placement of your Jupiter transit indicates that your luck will lie with foreign affairs, far-away places, religion & spirituality, travel (both physical travel and travel of the mind).
